Brief History of InfinityHuman beings have trouble with infinity - yet infinity is a surprisingly human subject.

Philosophers and mathematicians have gone insane contemplating its nature and complexity - yet it is a concept routinely used by schoolchildren.

Presented by the renowned astronomer Heather Couper, these programmes take the listener on a journey with an endless audio horizon and feature contributions from musicians who write endless music; science fiction authors, who create infinite worlds and timeless beings; theologians; Buddhist lamas; astro-physicists and mathematicians.

It is infinity... in a nutshell. - Link to BBC Radio 4 Programme

And I was going to call my magnum opus 'The Infinite History Of Brevity'.
I can't Help it, it's reversal obsession. Some demented response to the polar nature of the multiverse...all those positives and negatives, yins and yangs, norths and souths, ups and downs...so why three quarks? Give me resolution not confusion.
Those two words strike me as strongly Alchemical.

Opps, I forgot 0 and 1, not to mention male and female, god and devil.....stop
