The Apple stuff looks super interesting too, I'd say way over due too. For too long we've ben fiddling with our mouses and keyboards like they were the only way to get interactive, it's one reason why the Nintendo DS and forthcoming Nintendo Revolution are so exciting to me. New ways to interact means new realities exposing themselves, especially when that interaction begins to surpass our everyday conceptions (i.e. interactivity that does not necessarily mirror the real world).
